RETURN POLICY
Embroider Avenue takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
- There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any custom decorated products. Once confirmed by the customer, either through verbal authorization, in writing or by electronic transmission, all orders as submitted and processed via the web site, email, phone, or mail are final.
- Embroider Avenue retains the sole and complete discretion to authorize (or refuse to authorize) the return of any product purchased by Customer. Unless a clear production error has been made by Embroider Avenue that is in obvious conflict with the specifications provided on the approved Order Form, no returns of decorated merchandise will be accepted.
- We do not warranty or guarantee how any artwork will print or that the products or services we offer will meet your requirements or expectations. We do not warranty fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
- No returns will be authorized or accepted for any products unless a Return Authorization request is made by the Customer within 24 hours after delivery of the goods to Customer.
- We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date a Return Authorization is provided.
Return Fees –
- A $4 return handling fee per item plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any amount due.
- Customer is responsible for payment of all Setup Charges and/or Digitizing costs, even if those costs were originally included as a Promotion Offer.
- All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Items must be returned in good condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. If items are defected, the items must have tape placed over flaw before returning.
