Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Chino, CA. We do not offer local pick ups.
- We ship all orders via UPS unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has left our facility.
- If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know upon order placement.
- Available shipping methods are: UPS and Less than Truck Load (LTL). LTL shipments require an additional $20 per pallet.
- Embroider Avenue reserves the right to choose the best shipping method when necessary.
Please note:
- Shipping cost is not included on quotes unless specified. Freight charges are the sole responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice.
- Orders will be billed based on UPS zone rates, plus Insurance Fee of $2.00 per $100 of order value– Insurance is required for all orders of $100 or more.
- Shipping time in transit is not included in the turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order.
- Embroider Avenue will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as backorders or errors from natural causes or anything else outside our control. We will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address if it was listed on your order and you did not correct the address upon order approval. Every effort will be made for on-time delivery!
- Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have.
- The following Holidays listed below will not be considered business days and will not count towards the Turnaround Time:

Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving
