- Please keep in mind that the foundation to good print results is the Artwork.
- Artwork Preparation Service is available with an additional fee upon order request. Artwork may also be supplied in the following required format. Please refer to the table below for the Artwork File Format and Fees respectively to its’ decoration service.

Please note:
- Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, placement of the art, and accuracy of the artwork by the customer.
- Only one revision is free of charge, any additional revisions will incur an additional Artwork Preparation Fee (please refer to Artwork – File Format & Fees Information Table).
- Changes to the artwork after approving the mockup may cause a delay to the turnaround schedule (please refer to Turnaround Schedule).
- Embroider Avenue will not accept responsibility for correction implemented and/or requested after Artwork, Mockup, and/or Order Form approval.
