Cancellation Policy

No cancellaiton of orders will be accepted after receipt of confirmation, except with the express written consent of Embroider Avenue.

To stand by our Turnaround Schedule, orders are immediately processed upon payment of your order. Therefore, orders cancelled will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total order value plus any other fees incurred such as the cost of all labor, material used, including but not limited to restocking fees.

Orders cancelled after proof approval but before production are subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the total order value plus any other fees incurred such as the cost of all labor, material used, including but not limited to restocking fees.
