Sample & Blank Orders
Sample Orders
- Samples are available if requested. Sample price may vary on order, please email us for more information. Please note that samples will delay turnaround times so please account for it when planning your project.
- Pantone Matching (PMS) fees do apply on sample runs. They do not count towards the sample order value in terms of credit on the reorder, nor will they be credited back onto the full production run.
- To receive 100% credit, the sample order value must be less than 10% of order value and the art must stay the same.
- Full credit of the sample cost is available if an order for the full production run is placed within 10 business days from the date the sample is being shipped.
Blank Apparel Orders
- We highly recommend ordering a blank sample prior to your order to ensure item selected meets expectations. Blank items can be shipped directly to you at retail price.
- Blank items may be returned for partial credit within 30 days of your payment plus $4 return handling fee per item plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any amount due.
