- Embroider Avenue understands the importance of deliverables. You will be informed about your order from start to finish. We will also send you tracking number when your order is shipped. If you have a specific deadline, please notify us when placing your order.
- Rush Orders and Super Rush Orders are available for EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINTING orders upon request with an additional Expedited Processing Fee.

*The Turnaround Schedule does not include the transit time. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, other shipping methods are available upon request.
The Turnaround Time on your order(s) begins when ALL the following have been received:
- Full payment is received.
- All detailed information is provided to complete the order (such as all artwork, product style number, sizes, quantities, shipping information, etc.)
- Mockup approval.
- Delay in receipt of any of this information could result in production delays.
- Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons.
- These shipping times reflect shipment within the contiguous 48 United States. If you would like shipping and pricing details for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, or if you would like to learn more about our Rush or Super Rush deliverable options, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you!
