Printing Measurements
- We will print Artwork in the measurements using industry’s standard size and/or our recommended size, unless otherwise provided by the Customer.
Max Imprint Sizes – Every item in your order will have the same image size. For example, all men’s and women’s sizes in the order will be printed with the same image size unless otherwise requested. We will provide guidance and our recommendations prior to your order to ensure great results.
Minimum Order
- Blank Products: No Minimum
- Embroidery: No Minimum
- Imprint: 12
Please note:
- Different image sizes being printed on different apparel sizes will be treated as a new order and priced accordingly.
- Printed near the tag area on the back of the shirt and directly over the tag could have small ink coverage inconsistencies and will be considered acceptable.
- An image size printed within 1.5 inches of any seam is subject to distortion, print imperfections, and/or other small inconsistencies. These inconsistencies are likely to happen when a large image is printed on a small garment and is considered acceptable.

Seam, Collar, and Zipper Printing
- We do our very best to produce the best-looking prints any time we create a design. However, due to the uneven nature of seams, collars or zippers, printing inconsistencies and/or distortions are normal. Items printed over seams, collars or zippers with inconsistencies are considered acceptable and are not misprints.
Ink Color & Pantone Matching
- Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a color system based upon over one thousand standardized ink colors. Due to the nature of ink, we cannot guarantee the 100% match of requested Pantone Colors although we typically are able to print colors very close. Use of a current Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate color preferences. PMS match is available with an additional $30 fee.
- Standard PMS Colors may be chosen at no additional charge. We will assign a color code or pantone number that will closely match your artwork respectively for you to confirm and approve before we proceed to production unless a PMS match is requested.
Please note:
There may be a reasonable variation in color due to several factors such as colors on a mockup may not be completely representative of the actual printed color due to the cariations ofm onitors, phones, and/or printers as eachdeivce can vary a greate deal from screen to screen.
Reorder Ink Color
- We will make every effort to match the original color as best as possible. But due to the nature of printing and different fabric lots, we cannot guarantee the 100% match of ink on reorder. If you know you will reorder, please let us know and we’ll try to keep ink on hand if possible.
Ink Color Change Minimums
- Orders that require 1 or more Ink Color Changes are charged an additional $10/color change.
